These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aligner (the "Service"), provided by Aligner ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Using Aligner

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit any harmful, infringing, or unlawful content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Aligner and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, and you grant us a license to use it as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice, such as by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
